You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between design and reality, working closely with contractors, engineers, and stakeholders to guarantee precision, safety, and timely delivery. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily onsite M&E installation works to ensure strict compliance with approved blueprints and technical specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and verify quality standards are met at every stage.
- Collaborate with subcontractors and site personnel to resolve technical discrepancies immediately.
- Ensure all site activities strictly adhere to Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations and company safety protocols.
- Maintain comprehensive daily site records, including progress reports, material logs, and manpower usage.
- Coordinate with the project management team to address scheduling conflicts or material shortages.
- Attend site meetings and provide accurate status updates regarding mechanical and electrical system installations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in site supervision, specifically within M&E works.
- Strong understanding of local building codes, electrical regulations, and safety standards in Malaysia.
- Ability to interpret complex technical drawings, schematics, and construction documentation.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to manage diverse onsite teams.
- Proficiency in basic project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel to project sites within Sabah as required.
