Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily mining operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with company policies
- Coordinate Mandarin-Indonesian interpretation for meetings, site inspections, and stakeholder communications
- Manage field personnel, subcontractors, and equipment allocation to maintain project timelines
- Prepare and submit daily progress reports, incident logs, and operational summaries
- Enforce environmental and safety regulations through regular site audits and staff training
- Liaise between international technical teams and local workforce to resolve operational challenges
- Monitor resource utilization and recommend process improvements for cost optimization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in mining site supervision or operations management
- Native or fluent proficiency in Mandarin and Indonesian (written and spoken)
- Strong knowledge of mining safety regulations (ISO 45001) and environmental compliance
- Proven experience with mining equipment maintenance and operational troubleshooting
- Ability to work in remote locations with flexible scheduling requirements
- Certification in First Aid, HSE Management, or mining safety protocols preferred
