Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily field operations to ensure project progress matches the technical blueprints and schedules.
- Monitor work quality to ensure compliance with Indonesian construction standards and company SOPs.
- Manage and coordinate site laborers and subcontractors to maximize productivity.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols.
- Provide regular progress reports to Project Managers and relevant stakeholders.
- Solve technical challenges that arise on-site through proactive communication and engineering problem-solving.
- Manage site resources and materials to minimize waste and optimize project budget.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in construction project supervision or field operations.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and technical drawing interpretation.
- High level of discipline, integrity, and leadership skills to manage diverse field teams.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bali.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
