Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in structural construction supervision
- Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and technical specifications
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and structural engineering principles
- Certification in construction safety management (e.g., SMK3, OSHA)
- Experience with project management software and reporting tools
