Elabram is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Davao City. In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee the technical execution and supervision of Telecommunications Infrastructure (TI), Wireless networks, and FSO projects. We are looking for a results-oriented professional who can ensure high-quality installation standards, manage field teams effectively, and maintain strict safety protocols on-site. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily field operations for TI, Wireless, and FSO installations.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, OSHA standards, and site protocols.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of technicians and linemen to ensure productivity.
- Monitor project progress and provide accurate daily updates to project managers.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on all installed equipment and infrastructure.
- Manage site inventory, coordinate material requirements, and report shortages.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Telecommunications, IT, or Wireless supervision.
- Strong technical knowledge of Wireless systems and FSO technology.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid OJT certification (Technical Institute) is preferred.
- Professional driver's license and willingness to travel within the region.
- Ability to work flexible hours and under pressure to meet deadlines.
