Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily site activities to ensure alignment with project timelines and system testing schedules.
- Supervise onsite testing operations to verify system performance against functional specifications.
- Enforce strict adherence to WSH (Workplace Safety and Health) guidelines and company safety protocols.
- Manage technical documentation and submit accurate daily progress reports to project management.
- Identify, document, and troubleshoot system anomalies during testing phases.
- Liaise between onsite engineering teams and external stakeholders to resolve operational blockers.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and resource optimization.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or NITEC in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in site supervision or system testing roles.
- Strong knowledge of local site safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse onsite teams.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, schematics, and testing reports.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Highly analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
