Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end site development projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
- Manage relationships with external contractors and vendors to ensure quality of work and adherence to project specifications.
- Coordinate with local government agencies to secure necessary permits, licenses, and clearances for site operations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure strict compliance with safety, environmental, and industry regulations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, budget tracking, and performance audits.
- Monitor site activities to identify potential risks or bottlenecks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate effective communication between internal stakeholders and on-site teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in site management, project coordination, or facilities management.
- In-depth knowledge of local regulatory requirements, permitting processes, and compliance standards in Cebu.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
