- Lead end-to-end design strategy for global SK-II campaigns, ensuring alignment with luxury brand positioning

- Manage cross-functional design teams and external agencies to deliver cohesive visual experiences

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years design experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven portfolio demonstrating luxury beauty or premium brand design expertise
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and 3D rendering tools
- Strong strategic thinking with ability to translate business objectives into design solutions
- Exceptional presentation skills for articulating design concepts to stakeholders
- Experience managing design systems and brand guidelines
- Knowledge of Singapore's design landscape and cultural nuances
