Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new clients to expand our market reach in the aesthetic sector.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and consultations to showcase product benefits.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing customers to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly performance KPIs.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals with a focus on maximizing revenue.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and feedback to management on market trends.
- Attend product training sessions to stay updated on the latest skincare innovations and industry trends.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the beauty, cosmetics, or wellness industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence others.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion capabilities.
- A results-oriented mindset with the drive to excel in a performance-based environment.
- Professional appearance and a positive, customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage.
