- Locate and verify the whereabouts of bank clients with overdue accounts using multiple research channels
- Utilize online databases, public records, and social media to track missing individuals
- Maintain detailed documentation of all skip tracing activities and investigation results
- Collaborate with Legal Services Group to provide accurate debtor information for recovery actions
- Ensure strict compliance with data privacy laws and ethical investigation standards
- Analyze account histories to identify patterns in client evasion or relocation
- Generate comprehensive reports on investigation outcomes and recommended next steps
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma with preference for college graduates in Finance, Business, or related fields
- Minimum 1 year experience in skip tracing, debt collection, or investigative roles
- Proficiency in online research tools, public databases, and social media investigation
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex information and identify leads
- Excellent communication skills for contacting third parties and verifying information
- Knowledge of Philippine data privacy laws and ethical investigation standards
