We are looking for a strategic and analytical Slot Game Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of our exciting portfolio of slot games. In this role, you will act as the bridge between technical teams, designers, and business stakeholders to deliver games that are not only highly profitable through optimized house edges but also incredibly engaging for players.
Your day-to-day will involve managing the full product lifecycle—from initial concept and design to rigorous testing, launch, and post-release analysis. You will leverage data-driven insights to refine game mechanics, ensuring that every title strikes the perfect balance between mathematical compliance and entertainment value. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle of slot games, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
- Analyze player data and game performance metrics to optimize Return to Player (RTP) and house edge settings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, QA) to ensure high-quality game launches.
- Define product requirements and prioritize feature enhancements to maximize player retention and engagement.
- Conduct A/B testing on game mechanics and bonus features to drive monetization.
- Ensure all game designs comply with local gaming regulations and industry standards.
- Prepare detailed product reports and presentations for stakeholders and management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Game Design, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably within the gaming, casino, or iGaming industry.
- Strong understanding of slot game mechanics, mathematics, house edge, and RTP concepts.
- Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Google Analytics.
- Experience working in an Agile or Scrum development environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Knowledge of Philippine gaming regulations is a distinct advantage.
