We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Small Home Appliance Repair Engineer to join the technical operations team at Henghe Sa Sdn Bhd. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing defective small appliances that are rejected during the assembly process. Your expertise will be critical in maintaining our production quality standards and ensuring that returned units are restored to full operational condition.
As a Repair Engineer, you will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, utilizing your technical knowledge to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical faults. You will ensure that all repaired products meet strict safety and performance criteria before they are reintroduced to the market. Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and troubleshoot defective small home appliances returned from the assembly line to identify root causes of failure.
- Perform precision repairs on electronic circuits, motors, and mechanical components to restore product functionality.
- Conduct rigorous testing and quality control inspections on all repaired units to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Document all repair activities, including parts used, labor hours, and technical notes, in the company maintenance log.
- Analyze production data to identify recurring defects and suggest process improvements to the engineering team.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with assemblers and quality control staff to streamline the repair and return process.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in appliance repair or electronics maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of circuit diagrams, schematics, and electronic troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and wiring diagrams accurately.
- Good physical stamina and manual dexterity for handling small tools, soldering equipment, and delicate components.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic testing equipment and multimeters.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is preferred for effective communication.
