In this pivotal role, you will be the architect of our enterprise-wide smart factory strategy, bridging the gap between cutting-edge Industry 4.0 technologies and large-scale manufacturing excellence.
You will lead cross-functional global teams to integrate IoT, advanced robotics, AI-driven analytics, and cloud-based manufacturing execution systems (MES). Tanggung Jawab
- Define and execute the global Smart Factory roadmap aligned with corporate objectives.
- Lead the end-to-end digital transformation of manufacturing sites, focusing on Industry 4.0 maturity.
- Manage capital expenditure (CAPEX) for technology integration and facility upgrades.
- Implement data-driven insights using predictive analytics to optimize machine downtime and quality metrics.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure standardization of digital tools and reporting systems.
- Mentor engineering and IT teams to build technical competencies in automation and AI.
- Champion cybersecurity standards within the OT/IT manufacturing environment.
Kualifikasi
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field; MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in high-volume manufacturing environments.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale digital transformation or Smart Factory projects.
- Deep understanding of Industry 4.0 technologies: IoT, Robotics, MES/ERP, and Cloud Manufacturing.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing global, cross-functional teams.
- Strong background in lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodology.
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills for senior-level stakeholder management.
