Tanggung Jawab
- Engage with prospective customers to identify their home automation needs and recommend tailored smart solutions.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and site assessments to showcase the value of smart home integration.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial lead generation and prospecting to final closing and post-sales support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners and interior designers to foster long-term partnerships.
- Provide technical insights and answer product-related inquiries to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to stay updated on the latest smart home product features and industry trends.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining excellent service quality.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in retail, direct sales, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong interest in Internet of Things (IoT) devices, smart home systems, and consumer electronics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a positive attitude towards overcoming sales challenges.
- Ability to work flexibly to meet customer schedules, including weekends when necessary.
- Proficient in using CRM software or mobile-based productivity tools.
