Tanggung Jawab

  • Actively prospect, identify, and engage potential customers (B2B and B2C) in Penang and surrounding areas to promote Eagle Secure Tech's smart lock solutions.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and consultations, expertly explaining the features and benefits of our smart lock ecosystem to drive sales conversions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through exceptional post-sales support and proactive account management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute localized sales strategies and participate in promotional events, roadshows, and exhibitions.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline analyses to track individual and team performance against targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging smart home technologies to maintain a strong competitive advantage.
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve any technical or service issues professionally and efficiently to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Attain monthly and quarterly sales KPIs, directly contributing to the overall growth and market share of the Penang branch.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the security, smart home, electronics, or hardware industry.
  • Strong technical aptitude and a genuine passion for smart lock and home security technology (Product Enthusiast mindset required).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Mandarin/Cantonese (to effectively serve our diverse client base in Penang).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision in a field sales environment.
  • Valid driver's license and own transport is mandatory for client visits across the Penang region.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is highly desirable.
  • Fresh graduates with a strong product enthusiasm background and significant sales internship experience are highly encouraged to apply.
