Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain the CEM platform architecture to ensure high availability and scalability for MRO SEC projects.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional project teams to identify pain points and deliver solutions that improve overall service quality.
- Optimize data analytical pipelines to provide actionable insights and drive continuous improvement in user experience.
- Ensure the platform security, stability, and performance through rigorous monitoring and proactive troubleshooting.
- Automate deployment processes and infrastructure provisioning using CI/CD pipelines to reduce manual errors and increase efficiency.
- Conduct root cause analysis for system incidents and implement corrective measures to minimize downtime.
- Document technical specifications and system configurations to support knowledge transfer and team collaboration.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Software Engineering roles.
- Strong proficiency in Linux/Unix environments and scripting languages (Python, Bash, or Perl).
- Experience with cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, or Huawei Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible).
- Experience in analyzing large datasets and implementing data-driven solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
