Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and mobile devices using advanced diagnostic tools
- Perform component replacements, screen repairs, and software troubleshooting
- Test repaired devices to ensure functionality and quality standards
- Maintain accurate service records and inventory of spare parts
- Provide technical guidance to junior technicians and support team members
- Stay updated on emerging mobile technologies and repair techniques
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards
Kualifikasi
- Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) in Electronics or related field preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of smartphone repair experience
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and repair equipment
- Strong understanding of iOS and Android operating systems
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
- Customer service mindset with strong communication skills
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced factory environment
