Maxis is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented SMB Channel Manager - Central to spearhead our channel sales initiatives. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of channel partners to drive B2B sales growth, enhance market penetration, and achieve aggressive revenue targets. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our partners, acting as a strategic advisor to ensure they are equipped to sell Maxis solutions effectively.

As a Channel Manager, you will focus on solution selling, helping Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs) navigate their connectivity and digital transformation needs. This position offers the chance to work within a leading telecommunications giant, influencing market strategies and fostering long-term business partnerships across the central region.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive channel strategies to maximize sales opportunities within the Small and Medium Business (SMB) sector in the Central region.
  • Manage, mentor, and cultivate relationships with existing and prospective channel partners to ensure mutual growth and revenue attainment.
  • Drive B2B sales growth by identifying new market trends, analyzing customer needs, and leveraging competitive insights.
  • Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Marketing, and Technical Support, to ensure partner readiness and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor partner performance metrics (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to improve sales conversion rates and partner health.
  • Conduct regular training sessions and business reviews to equip partners with the latest product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and partner conferences to expand the network and enhance brand visibility.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in channel sales, business development, or account management within the telecommunications or IT industry.
  • Demonstrated success in driving B2B sales growth and consistently achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and strategic planning.
  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
