Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct internal audits of Mining Safety Management Systems (SMKP) to ensure regulatory compliance
- Identify and document non-conformities, recommending corrective actions for K3 and KO improvements
- Perform field inspections and documentation reviews to verify implementation of safety protocols
- Develop comprehensive audit reports with actionable recommendations for management
- Monitor compliance with mining safety regulations and industry best practices
- Coordinate with operational departments to implement audit recommendations
- Stay updated on evolving K3/KO regulations and ensure organizational alignment
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in mining safety audits or K3/KO compliance
- Deep understanding of Indonesian mining safety regulations (Permen ESDM No. 26/2018)
- Certification in SMKP auditing or K3 management is highly desirable
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication skills for presenting audit findings and recommendations
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
