Join JHM Consolidation as an SMT & Backend Technician and become a vital part of our advanced manufacturing operations. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for the setup, programming, and debugging of Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) and Solder Paste Inspection (SPI) machines to ensure optimal production quality. You will interpret complex inspection results, identify surface-mount technology (SMT) defects, and continuously optimize inspection parameters to minimize false calls and enhance yield rates. Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Electronics, Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in SMT manufacturing
- Proficiency in AOI/SPI machine operation and programming
- Strong analytical skills for defect interpretation and process optimization
- Familiarity with IPC standards and SMT assembly processes
- Ability to read schematics and technical documentation
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
