- Lead the technical implementation of ME connected solution projects in PgP1/MOE1 facilities

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digitalization and automation projects
- Strong technical knowledge of SMT (Surface Mount Technology) processes
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and smart manufacturing concepts
