Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the entire SMT production department to ensure adherence to production schedules, quality targets, and safety standards.
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of SMT assembly lines, including pick-and-place machines, reflow ovens, and AOI systems.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to minimize downtime, reduce wastage, and optimize production cycle times.
- Provide technical guidance to engineering and production staff to troubleshoot complex SMT process issues.
- Manage departmental budget, manpower planning, and training programs to boost team productivity and skill sets.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and company-specific quality management systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement and quality assurance, to maintain a seamless supply chain and production flow.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical) or related technical field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in SMT manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of SMT line processes, soldering standards (IPC), and component identification.
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience with root cause analysis (RCA) and 8D reporting.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a large, multicultural production workforce.
- Proficiency in manufacturing software (ERP/MES) and MS Office suite.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
