Tanggung Jawab
- Optimize SMT machine parameters and processes to maximize production efficiency and yield
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for SMT assembly lines
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement corrective actions for process deviations
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvements
- Collaborate with quality teams to resolve manufacturing defects and implement preventive measures
- Train production operators on SMT processes and equipment operation
- Stay updated on emerging SMT technologies and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in SMT process engineering or manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of SMT equipment, processes, and materials
- Experience with process optimization, root cause analysis, and statistical methods
- Familiarity with quality standards (ISO 9001, IPC standards) and lean manufacturing principles
- Proficient in reading technical drawings, schematics, and BOMs
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
