MVC Resources is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented SMT Process Engineer to join our engineering team in Perak. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end optimization of our Surface Mount Technology (SMT) processes. We are looking for a proactive professional who can drive continuous improvement initiatives, enhance production efficiency, and ensure the highest standards of quality in our electronics manufacturing operations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze SMT production lines to identify bottlenecks and optimize throughput.
- Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all SMT processes.
- Collaborate with R&D and Quality Assurance teams to qualify new components and materials.
- Implement process improvements utilizing Lean and Six Sigma principles.
- Perform regular equipment qualification and preventive maintenance coordination.
- Train production staff on best practices for equipment handling and quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an SMT Process Engineer in the electronics industry.
- Strong working knowledge of SMT equipment, including Pick and Place machines, Reflow Ovens, and AOI systems.
- Familiarity with IPC-A-610 and IPC-3900 standards for electronics assembly.
- Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on quality assurance.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing setting.
