Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and lead the SMT production team to ensure efficient and high-quality manufacturing processes
- Develop, implement, and optimize SMT processes to improve productivity, reduce defects, and minimize costs
- Train and mentor SMT process engineers on best practices, equipment operation, and troubleshooting techniques
- Collaborate with R&D and product development teams to implement new technologies and process improvements
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations and standards
- Manage equipment maintenance, calibration, and upgrade programs to maximize equipment performance and reliability
- Prepare and present regular reports on process performance, quality metrics, and improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field)
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in SMT processes, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of SMT equipment, processes, and materials
- Experience with process optimization, quality control, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
