Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor Surface Mount Technology (SMT) assembly lines to ensure smooth production flow and minimal downtime.
- Perform manual soldering and rework tasks on printed circuit boards (PCBs) with high precision and adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to identify and resolve defects or assembly errors.
- Maintain and clean SMT machinery, workstations, and equipment to ensure optimal performance and hygiene.
- Assist in the setup, calibration, and basic troubleshooting of SMT production equipment.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and ISO quality standards strictly.
- Report technical issues, material shortages, or equipment malfunctions to the shift supervisor promptly.
Kualifikasi
- SPM qualification with a certificate in Electronics, or a Diploma in Electronics Engineering / related field.
- Basic understanding of SMT processes, electronic components, and circuit board assembly.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and assembly manuals.
- Experience with soldering techniques (preferred but not strictly required).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and documentation.
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends or overtime, as needed.
