Tanggung Jawab
- Operate, monitor, and maintain SMT assembly line machines, including printers, pick-and-place machines, and reflow ovens.
- Perform regular machine calibration and setup to ensure optimal production output.
- Conduct routine troubleshooting and minor repairs on SMT equipment to minimize downtime.
- Monitor production quality metrics and perform visual inspections to detect defects.
- Perform daily preventive maintenance on all production line machinery.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize production cycles and improve throughput.
- Maintain accurate production logs and documentation in compliance with safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Certificate or Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience as an SMT Technician in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of SMT processes, reflow soldering, and component identification.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to strict safety guidelines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in shifts as required by production demands.
