Xurpas Inc. is seeking a skilled Snowflake Infrastructure Engineer to join our high-performing team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our data ecosystem, ensuring that our Snowflake environments are secure, scalable, and highly performant.
This is a challenging opportunity for a technical professional who thrives in a night shift setting. You will play a pivotal role in architectural design, resource management, and cost optimization within the Snowflake cloud data platform. While the role is largely remote, you will have the opportunity to engage with the team onsite once a month in Taguig City to foster collaboration and strategic alignment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable Snowflake cloud data warehouse architectures.
- Monitor and optimize query performance, resource utilization, and cost-efficiency within the Snowflake environment.
- Implement robust security protocols, including role-based access control (RBAC), data masking, and encryption.
- Manage end-to-end data pipelines, ensuring high availability and seamless data integration from diverse sources.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Pulumi.
- Troubleshoot complex data latency and connectivity issues across cloud environments.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to support advanced analytics initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience working specifically with Snowflake and cloud-native data platforms.
- Expertise in SQL, Python, or Shell scripting for automation and data manipulation.
- Strong understanding of AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud infrastructure services.
- Experience with data ingestion tools such as Fivetran, Matillion, or dbt.
- Proven ability to work independently in a high-pressure night shift environment.
- Snowflake Certification (e.g., SnowPro Core or Advanced Architect) is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
