Join Xurpas Inc. as a Snowflake Infrastructure Engineer and play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing our cloud data warehouse solutions. This contract position offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge cloud technologies in a dynamic environment. You'll be responsible for ensuring the scalability, security, and performance of Snowflake infrastructure while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision making. The role features a flexible night shift schedule (45 hours/week) with monthly on-site requirements, allowing you to balance technical challenges with remote flexibility. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with cloud-native data platforms and a passion for solving complex infrastructure challenges.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design, deploy, and maintain scalable Snowflake infrastructure solutions
- Optimize data warehouse performance through query tuning and resource allocation
- Implement robust security protocols and compliance frameworks for data governance
- Monitor system health and proactively address performance bottlenecks
- Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to support data pipeline development
- Document infrastructure configurations and create disaster recovery plans
- Stay current with Snowflake product updates and best practices
Kualifikasi
- 3+ years of experience with Snowflake administration and optimization
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and IaaS/PaaS concepts
- Strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling principles
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code tools
- Certification in Snowflake or related cloud technologies preferred
- Experience with data warehouse migration projects
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during night shift schedules
