Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor security alerts and logs in real-time to detect and respond to potential threats.
- Investigate security incidents, perform root cause analysis, and provide recommendations for remediation.
- Execute incident response procedures to contain and neutralize cyber attacks.
- Maintain and optimize security monitoring tools and SIEM configurations for better visibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to implement security best practices and patch vulnerabilities.
- Generate detailed incident reports and conduct post-incident reviews for stakeholders.
- Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats, attack vectors, and industry-standard security trends.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in a SOC, Security Operations, or Incident Response role.
- Strong understanding of SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk, Sentinel, QRadar) and EDR solutions.
- Proficiency in network security, including Firewalls, IDS/IPS, and VPN protocols.
- Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK framework and cybersecurity threat landscapes.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, GCIH, or CySA+ are highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Must be willing to work on shifting schedules.
