Are you ready to defend the digital frontier? Trends Group, Inc. is seeking a skilled SOC L2 Incident Responder to join our elite security team. In this pivotal role, you will act as the first line of defense against cyber threats, ensuring the integrity, availability, and confidentiality of our critical systems. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of security incidents, from initial detection and triage to containment and resolution. Your expertise will help us maintain robust service operations and drive continuous improvement in our security infrastructure. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze security alerts from SIEM platforms and monitoring tools in real-time.
- Triage, investigate, and contain security incidents using established playbooks and procedures.
- Coordinate with L1 analysts, engineering teams, and external vendors to resolve complex technical issues.
- Conduct post-incident analysis and root cause analysis to improve future response times and security posture.
- Update and maintain comprehensive documentation regarding security policies, procedures, and incident logs.
- Collaborate on the tuning of detection rules and security tool configurations to reduce false positives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of proven experience in a SOC environment or Incident Response role.
- Strong understanding of network security concepts, TCP/IP, and common attack vectors.
- Familiarity with SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar) and endpoint protection (EDR) solutions.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities under pressure.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, Security+) are highly preferred.
