Join Trends Group, Inc. as a SOC Team Lead and spearhead our Security Operations Center in a dynamic 24/7 environment. You'll lead a dedicated team of security professionals, ensuring rapid incident response, strict SLA compliance, and continuous process optimization. This critical role demands strategic oversight of service operations, proactive threat mitigation, and driving technological enhancements to fortify our cybersecurity posture. You'll mentor team members, coordinate cross-functional responses, and implement industry-leading security protocols while maintaining operational excellence in a high-impact SOC/NOC setting.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor SOC/NOC teams to ensure effective incident management and service delivery
- Monitor and enforce SLA compliance across all security operations
- Develop and optimize team schedules for 24/7 operational coverage
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for SOC processes and technologies
- Coordinate cross-functional responses to complex security incidents
- Generate performance reports and executive dashboards on operational metrics
- Oversee security tooling integration and maintenance (SIEM, IDS/IPS)
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field
- 5+ years SOC/NOC experience with 2+ years in leadership roles
- ITIL/COBIT certification or equivalent operational framework knowledge
- Expertise in SIEM implementation (e.g., Splunk, QRadar) and threat detection
- Proven experience managing incident response teams under SLA constraints
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret security telemetry
- CISSP/CISM certification preferred
