Tanggung Jawab
- Manage all day-to-day operations of the soccer club, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all activities
- Lead and develop the coaching staff, team members, and support personnel to maintain high performance standards
- Plan, organize, and execute club events, tournaments, and promotional activities to enhance community engagement
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase revenue streams, including sponsorship deals, merchandise sales, and membership programs
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, prepare budgets, and ensure all business targets are met
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including players, sponsors, media, and community organizations
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, league requirements, and safety standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sports management, club operations, or a similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of soccer rules, regulations, and industry best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams
- Proven experience in marketing, sales, and revenue generation in the sports industry
- Strong financial management skills with the ability to develop and manage budgets
