Join Adecco as a Social Compliance Auditor and drive ethical practices in global supply chains. We're partnering with a leading retail organization to identify a professional who will conduct thorough factory audits to ensure adherence to international labor standards, corporate social responsibility policies, and local regulations. This critical role involves on-site inspections, documentation reviews, and collaboration with factory management to implement corrective action plans. You'll safeguard worker rights, promote safe working conditions, and mitigate reputational risks for our client's supply chain network. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive social compliance audits in manufacturing facilities across Singapore and Southeast Asia
- Assess adherence to labor laws, workplace safety standards, and ethical sourcing requirements
- Prepare detailed audit reports with actionable recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with factory management to develop and implement corrective action plans
- Monitor post-audit compliance and track progress on remediation efforts
- Stay updated on evolving regulatory frameworks and industry best practices
- Train factory personnel on compliance protocols and ethical labor practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in social compliance auditing or factory inspections
- Strong knowledge of international labor standards (ILO, SA8000, BSCI)
- Proficiency in audit methodologies and compliance assessment tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and stakeholder engagement
- Certification in social compliance auditing (RBA, Sedex) preferred
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally for audit assignments
