We are looking for a dedicated Social Compliance Auditor to join our expanding team, specifically supporting social audit projects in the Philippines and Marshall Islands. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that our clients' operations adhere to the highest ethical standards, labor regulations, and safety protocols. You will conduct rigorous on-site inspections and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement in working conditions.
As an auditor, you will act as a bridge between our clients and their supply chains, verifying that factories and facilities maintain a safe, respectful, and productive environment for all employees. Your expertise will help us mitigate risks and uphold our reputation for integrity in the global market.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive social compliance audits at manufacturing facilities in the Philippines and Marshall Islands regions.
- Evaluate labor practices, including fair wages, working hours, and freedom from discrimination.
- Inspect health, safety, and environmental conditions to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Document audit findings accurately and prepare detailed reports for client review.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement corrective action plans.
- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented improvements during follow-up visits.
- Stay updated on international labor standards and industry best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in social auditing, quality assurance, or compliance.
- Strong understanding of international labor standards (SA8000, ILO conventions).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Willingness to travel to various client locations within the region.
- Proficient in using audit management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
