Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic social management work plans that comply with corporate policies and local regulations.
- Conduct regular social impact assessments and identify potential risks within the operational area.
- Foster and maintain proactive, professional relationships with local community leaders, government representatives, and other key stakeholders.
- Manage community development programs (CSR) aimed at improving livelihoods and environmental awareness.
- Resolve social grievances or conflicts through structured mediation and transparent communication channels.
- Prepare detailed progress reports on social performance metrics and suggest continuous improvement strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational activities support long-term social sustainability goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Sociology, Communications, Development Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience in social management, community relations, or CSR, preferably in the industrial or forestry sector.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian government regulations related to social affairs and community engagement.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Ability to travel frequently to remote operational sites in Sumatera Selatan.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable social strategies.
