Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the company’s social media profiles, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, ensuring consistent brand voice and visual identity.
- Create, curate, and publish engaging content such as photos, videos, and captions that resonate with our target audience.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize content strategies and improve engagement metrics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative campaign ideas and seasonal promotions.
- Assist in the preparation of weekly or monthly performance reports and social media calendar updates.
- Ensure all content is optimized for search engines (SEO) and follows platform-specific guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and current digital marketing trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Basic proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Lightroom).
- Proven ability to create visually appealing content and tell compelling stories.
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills to handle part-time responsibilities effectively.
- Located in Sanur, Bali, or willing to commute to the office location.
- A portfolio of previous social media work is a plus.
