Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute multi-platform social media strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles, from initial prospect outreach on social channels to closing deals.
- Create, schedule, and curate high-quality engaging content (text, image, and video) tailored to target audiences.
- Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to optimize marketing campaigns and sales funnels.
- Actively monitor social media trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects and existing clients through proactive communication.
- Collaborate with the management team to align marketing initiatives with overarching revenue goals.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management and digital sales/lead generation.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook) and their respective advertising tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a flair for persuasive storytelling.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and generate actionable insights.
