Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans for Social Studies and CME curriculum aligned with national standards
- Foster inclusive classroom environments that encourage respectful dialogue and ethical decision-making
- Create interactive learning materials incorporating multimedia resources and real-world applications
- Assess student progress through diverse evaluation methods including projects, presentations, and written assessments
- Collaborate with department colleagues to enhance curriculum integration and interdisciplinary projects
- Organize extracurricular activities promoting civic engagement and cultural awareness
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student development and classroom achievements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Studies, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Valid teaching certification with specialization in Social Studies or Moral Education
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience at junior/senior high school level
- Deep understanding of Indonesian social studies curriculum and character education frameworks
- Strong classroom management skills with ability to engage diverse student populations
- Proficiency in educational technology and digital learning platforms
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English
- Commitment to continuous professional development in educational methodologies
