In this role, you will design and facilitate hands-on learning experiences that challenge students to explore global cultures, history, and civics. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement engaging, project-based Social Studies curricula that align with international and national standards.
- Facilitate stimulating classroom discussions that encourage students to analyze current events and historical contexts.
- Utilize diverse teaching methods to accommodate various learning styles and ensure inclusivity.
- Assess student progress through continuous evaluation, providing constructive feedback for personal and academic growth.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to create cross-disciplinary learning units.
- Maintain a supportive classroom environment that fosters social-emotional learning and responsible citizenship.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student achievements and developmental milestones.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, History, Social Sciences, or a related field; a Master’s degree is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience teaching Social Studies in a reputable K-12 environment.
- Proven ability to develop creative lesson plans that promote hands-on and inquiry-based learning.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build meaningful relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Commitment to the values of holistic education and student-centered learning.
- Proficiency in digital education tools and classroom technology integration.
