We are currently seeking a compassionate and organized Social Welfare Aide to support our community development initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Program Implementation: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of social welfare programs and projects designed to improve the well-being of the community.
- Community Outreach: Conduct field visits, community profiling, and needs assessments to identify families and individuals requiring social assistance.
- Case Management: Support the documentation and management of client cases, ensuring accurate records are maintained in accordance with government standards.
- Coordination: Liaise with barangay officials, health centers, and other government agencies to facilitate the seamless delivery of social services.
- Record Keeping: Maintain organized files and databases related to beneficiaries, including data on health, livelihood, and family profiles.
- Public Assistance: Provide information and guidance to the public regarding available government services, rights, and benefits.
- Data Reporting: Assist in the collection and submission of reports and statistics regarding program activities and beneficiary statistics.
Kualifikasi
- Education: High School Graduate or Vocational Diploma in Social Work, Home Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: Prior experience in social work, community service, or government assistance programs is preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact respectfully and effectively with diverse communities.
- Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of computer applications (e.g., MS Word, Excel) for data entry and documentation purposes.
- Character: Physically fit, honest, reliable, and willing to work in a remote area.
- Driving: Possession of a valid driver’s license is an advantage.
