Kualifikasi
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or related fieldMust be a licensed Social Worker (if required by position)At least 1 year of relevant experience in social welfare servicesStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work effectively with diverse populationsKnowledge of local government operations and social welfare programsProficiency in fieldwork and community assessment techniques
