Join PT Parama Krida Pratama in Denpasar, Bali, as a vital Social Worker Assistant. We are seeking a compassionate and organized professional to support our extensive beach project initiatives. In this role, you will act as a bridge between our development efforts and the local community, ensuring that our coastal projects are not only successful in execution but also socially sustainable and beneficial for residents. You will be responsible for gathering community insights, facilitating open dialogues, and organizing engagement activities that align with our project goals. Tanggung Jawab
- Support the execution of beach projects from a comprehensive social and community perspective.
- Conduct surveys, interviews, and focus groups to gather community feedback regarding coastal developments.
- Facilitate effective communication between project stakeholders and local residents.
- Organize community meetings, awareness campaigns, and social events related to the project.
- Monitor the social impact of ongoing activities and recommend improvements to ensure community well-being.
- Prepare detailed reports on community engagement levels and social outcomes.
- Collaborate with the project team to integrate social considerations into all phases of development.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field.
- Previous experience in community development, social work, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the local social dynamics and culture of Bali is highly desirable.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus for travel within the region.
- Proactive, empathetic, and solution-oriented attitude.
