We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Welfare Officer I to join our team in the Bicol Region. This is a full-time opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of individuals and families within the community. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing social welfare programs, conducting casework, and ensuring the well-being of vulnerable populations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct social casework, counseling, and home visits to assess the needs of clients and provide appropriate interventions.
- Organize and facilitate community-based activities to promote social awareness and community cohesion.
- Implement government social welfare programs and ensure compliance with civil service regulations.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of all client interactions, reports, and case files.
- Collaborate with local government units, NGOs, and other stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
- Assist in the referral process for clients requiring specialized medical, psychological, or legal assistance.
- Participate in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of community development projects.
Kualifikasi
- Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or any related field from a recognized institution.
- Must have a valid Civil Service Eligibility (either Professional or Sub-Professional).
- Experience in community outreach, social work, or related fields is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Demonstrated empathy, patience, and a strong commitment to helping others.
- Physically and mentally fit to perform the duties of the position.
- Willingness to travel within the Bicol Region for field work.
