Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field (Master's preferred)
- Valid social work license/certification in Singapore
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in healthcare social work
- Strong assessment and counseling skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of healthcare systems and community resources
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment
- Empathy, cultural sensitivity, and strong ethical standards
