Tanggung Jawab
- Assess client needs and develop comprehensive, individualized care plans.

Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in social services, healthcare, or community work.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
- Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain composure and professional judgment in high-pressure situations.
