Are you an experienced systems administrator with a passion for Robotic Process Automation? Tenet Global Business Center, Inc. is looking for a dedicated Software Administrator (UiPath) to join our dynamic Automation Center of Excellence. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our automation infrastructure, ensuring that our UiPath environment is robust, scalable, and highly performant.
You will work at the intersection of infrastructure management and software orchestration, collaborating closely with cross-functional development teams to streamline enterprise-level automation workflows. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage, monitor, and maintain the UiPath Orchestrator infrastructure and underlying server environments.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure successful deployment and scaling of automated processes.
- Perform regular platform upgrades, patch management, and health checks to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Troubleshoot technical issues within the automation ecosystem, providing rapid resolution to minimize production downtime.
- Configure and manage UiPath robots (Attended, Unattended, and Non-Production) to optimize resource utilization.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of infrastructure configurations, security protocols, and operational workflows.
- Enforce security best practices, access controls, and data protection policies within the automation platform.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or Platform Administrator with a focus on UiPath.
- Strong understanding of Windows Server management and cloud infrastructure (Azure or AWS preferred).
- Experience with database management (SQL Server) to support automation logs and reporting.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
- UiPath Orchestrator certification or related technical certifications are highly advantageous.
