We are seeking a skilled professional to own the entire requirements-to-delivery lifecycle on a robust, custom-built Salesforce platform.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business needs are translated into functional, scalable software solutions. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and clients to define scope, gather requirements, and ensure successful delivery of high-quality features. Tanggung Jawab
- Own the full requirements-to-delivery lifecycle from conception to launch.
- Gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements and user stories.
- Translate complex business needs into functional specifications and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, UX designers) to ensure project milestones are met.
- Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
- Manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on business value and impact.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure the final product meets quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Software Business Analyst (2+ years preferred).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and ecosystem is highly desirable.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering tools and techniques (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
