Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement robust control system software for industrial automation equipment.
- Develop and troubleshoot PLC programs (e.g., Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi) to meet project specifications.
- Create and optimize Human Machine Interface (HMI) and SCADA applications for user-friendly operation.
- Collaborate with mechanical and electrical engineering teams to ensure seamless system integration.
- Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and testing of automation systems at customer facilities.
- Conduct thorough system documentation and provide technical training to end-users and internal staff.
- Analyze system performance data to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronic, or Software Engineering.
- Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience in industrial automation or control systems.
- Proficiency in PLC programming (Ladder Logic, Structured Text) and motion control systems.
- Strong understanding of communication protocols such as Profinet, Modbus, EtherCAT, and TCP/IP.
- Experience with HMI design software and industrial vision systems is highly advantageous.
- Ability to read and interpret complex electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving and detail-oriented work.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
