Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure payroll and HRIS SaaS applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Participate actively in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, QA engineers, and other developers to define specifications and deliver new features.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and performance issues in existing systems.
- Implement and integrate APIs and third-party services to enhance system functionality.
- Conduct thorough unit and integration testing to ensure the reliability and robustness of developed solutions.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in software development, cloud computing, and SaaS architecture.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience as a Software Developer, preferably with SaaS-based products.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., C#, .NET, Java, Python, JavaScript) and related frameworks.
- Strong understanding of database design and experience with SQL (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Familiarity with HRIS and/or Payroll systems development or related business logic is a significant advantage.
- Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular/Vue) is a plus.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
